For troubleshooting: 1. Ensure the device is plugged into a working outlet. 2. Remove the plastic wrap on the PECO-Filter. 3. Turn the lid clockwise until it fully clicks into place. 4. Ensure the device is on a flat surface. 5. Try placing the device on the floor in between your feet while turning the lid. Remove the lid and try closing it several times until it locks into place. If your device still won't power on: 1. Unplug the device. 2. Place your finger on the center button on the lid. 3. Plug the device back in and continue to hold your finger on the button for 5 seconds. For set up: Simply take your mattress out of the box and watch it decompress. Jumping, walking, and sleeping on your mattress can speed up the process.
